1. The X-axis, C-axis, Z-axis, and B-axis can realize two-axis to four-axis linkage, and can realize the processing of the inner and outer

contours, conical surfaces, end surfaces, etc. of the workpiece.

2. Equipped with 3 synchronous built-in electric spindles (SP1, SP2, SP3), the workstation conversion can be realized, and the grinding

head covers a wide range of speed and rigidity, which effectively improves the processing efficiency and processability.

3. The B-axis can achieve high-precision, arbitrary angle positioning, and the repeated positioning accuracy is ±2.5″, which can realize

arbitrary conical surface processing, avoiding the shortcomings of linkage interpolation processing of conical surfaces and reducing

grinding wheel loss.

4. The X-axis and C-axis are liquid hydrostatic, which ensures high precision and high rigidity while effectively solving the instability

of traditional guide rail transmission and the phenomenon of low-speed creeping caused by friction (the friction coefficient of

hydrostatic guide rail is only about 0.005, and that of linear guide rail is generally 0.15).

5. The X-axis adopts a direct-drive motor, which has no reverse clearance and can completely solve the problems of quadrant bulge.

6 , SP1, SP2, SP3 are equipped with online dynamic balancing and AE devices, which effectively solve the grinding vibration and abnormal

collision caused by the imbalance of the grinding wheel, and improve the grinding surface quality and the safety of the machine tool.

7. The B axis is equipped with a clamping system with a rated locking torque of up to 2900N.m to ensure the rigidity of the grinding

wheel when grinding at a fixed angle.

8. The online automatic measurement function can realize automatic online measurement and automatic tool setting; the probe calibration

device is close to the detection position, and the measurement accuracy is high.

9. Equipped with two sand dressing methods, diamond roller dressing and diamond pen dressing, it can realize the dressing of the grinding

wheel plane and curved surface.

10. Human-computer interaction software with 3D simulation, a full-featured CNC program package, including end face grinding, internal

circle (inner contour) grinding, external circle (outer contour) grinding, grinding wheel shaping, online measurement and calibration and
